About Us

Navigating the process of finding a site, obtaining planning consent and building out the project can be complex and expensive.

At Union Land & Planning, we work with private land and property owners to maximise the value of their properties through planning, land assembly and / or development. We work on a success only basis, so there are no fees to the property owners during the process.
